Meditation practitioner,

teacher and workshop facilitator.

Learn the life-changing art and practice of meditation.

The Art of the Practice.

I am, first and foremost, a student of the meditative art.

For over a decade, I’ve practiced, studied, and immersed myself in the art of meditation.

Over the years, I have explored a myriad of modalities, methods, and disciplines.

I have studied and been accredited formally to teach others the art of meditation.

I have attended multiple retreats, workshops, and guided sessions.

I have spent time living in a Zen Buddhist Temple in Japan.

I have offered prayers at hundreds of temples and shrines around the world.

Of the thousands of hours spent in meditation, my life did not change due to any particular approach, experience, or teacher.

The rare moments of profundity that truly altered my experience of life were simply from sitting on my meditation cushion every single day.

To me, there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ when it comes to meditation.

No approach is ‘more effective’ than any other.

I do not believe meditation is something you can necessarily ‘learn’ by simply completing a course, attending a workshop or retreat.

To me, true meditation is about devotion.

It is about the sincere desire to perceive the world differently.

It is about having the dedication toward and faith in the practice.

It is to see life as meditation; to see meditation as life.
